HOW TO PREPARE

Slice the kohlrabi using a mandolin slicer to create thin, round slices that can be used as taco shells. Cut the fresh tuna into small pieces and mix with olive oil, lime, and sesame seeds. Finely slice the pointed cabbage. Assemble all ingredients in the kohlrabi taco shells and garnish with sprouts on top.
