INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Beet juice: Boil approximately 1 liter of the brine from Beauvais Diced Beets. Reduce it by half.
  2. Mix chopped boiled eggs, capers, and red onions into the beet juice.
  3. Fry the plant-based patties.
  4. Assemble the Danish-style beef patty with traditional toppings – known as “Pariserbøf” (Parisian steak) – by placing the plant-based patty on half of a toasted burger bun.
  5. Pour the beet juice mixture with eggs, red onions, and capers on top.
  6. Garnish with curly parsley and flakes of horseradish.
