INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS
400 g NATURLI’ Pulled
2.5 stone-baked bread or sandwich bread
125 g feta cheese
2.5 dl NATURLI’ Vegan Mayo
1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Beetroot sprouts for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fry the NATURLI’ Pulled in a pan with cumin and chili flakes.
- Split the focaccia in half, drizzle with olive oil, and toast in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C.
- Make a cream by mixing crumbled feta cheese, NATURLI’ Vegan Mayo, and lemon juice.
- Cut the halved focaccia into quarters and assemble, starting with the feta cream, followed by the NATURLI’ Pulled, and garnish with beetroot sprouts.
Tip: For a vegan version, replace the feta with vegan feta.
