NATURLI´ BANGERS AND MASH

INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS

5 NATURLI’ Sausages
5 large baking potatoes
5 small handfuls of spinach
5 onions
50 g butter
Salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg
A bit of flat-leaf parsley for garnish

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, adding the spinach at the last minute. Mash the potatoes and spinach together to make spinach mashed potatoes.
  2. Fry the NATURLI’ sausages in a pan and sauté the onions until soft.
  3. Serve in individual bowls, starting with the mashed potatoes and topping with the NATURLI’ sausages. Sprinkle with some fresh parsley.
