INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS
5 NATURLI’ Sausages
5 large baking potatoes
5 small handfuls of spinach
5 onions
50 g butter
Salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg
A bit of flat-leaf parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the potatoes until tender, adding the spinach at the last minute. Mash the potatoes and spinach together to make spinach mashed potatoes.
- Fry the NATURLI’ sausages in a pan and sauté the onions until soft.
- Serve in individual bowls, starting with the mashed potatoes and topping with the NATURLI’ sausages. Sprinkle with some fresh parsley.
