\n80 g Sunflower Seeds
\n400 g Arugula
\n1 Celery Root
\n1 dl Olive Oil
\nSalt and Pepper<\/p>\n

INSTRUCTIONS<\/span><\/h3>\n

  1. Toast the sunflower seeds in the oven at 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F) for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.<\/li>\n
  2. Peel the celery root. Season with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil and wrap it in aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F) for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.<\/li>\n
  3. Blend the toasted sunflower seeds with 300 g of arugula and the olive oil to make a pesto. Season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n
  4. Fry the Beauvais Vegetable Burgers in rapeseed oil.<\/li>\n
  5. Slice the baked celery root thinly and spread the pesto on the slices.\u2028 Toss the remaining arugula with the remaining pesto and assemble the burger with the pesto-coated arugula.<\/li>\n
  6.
