INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS<\/h3>\n

400 g NATURLI\u2019 Moldable Mince
\n5 Leeks
\n5 dl Rapeseed Oil
\n750 g Fresh Spinach
\n2 Shallots
\n1 Box of Garden Cress
\n2 dl NATURLI\u2019 Vegan Mayo
\n1 tsp Sugar
\nSalt and Pepper<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Mince Filling: Coarsely chop the shallots. Chop 250 g of spinach. Saut\u00e9 the mince together with the chopped shallots. Blend the saut\u00e9ed mince and chopped spinach until smooth.<\/li>\n
  2. Green Oil: Cut off the tops of the leeks and blend them with 500 g of spinach. Add 5 dl of rapeseed oil and blend for approximately 7 minutes. Strain the mixture through a cloth.<\/li>\n
  3. Leek Mayo: Mix NATURLI\u2019 Vegan Mayo with 1 dl of the green oil.<\/li>\n
  4. Stuffed Leeks: Cut the white parts of the leeks into pieces of approximately 10 cm and blanch them in salted water. Then place them in ice water. Separate the layers and fill them with the mince mixture.
