Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bunch mint
- 1-2 dl Bähncke Creme Fraiche Dressing
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions: Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the juice. Combine the grated cucumber with chopped mint, Bähncke Creme Fraiche Dressing, and lemon juice.
