HOW TO PREPARE

Mix 300 g of chickpea flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, chopped coriander, and onions with water to achieve the right consistency. The batter should be similar to a thick pancake batter. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter and fry them until they are golden. Warm the bagels and assemble them with the fried cauliflower, lettuce, pickled red onions, and Bähncke Curry Dressing.
