INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS
Dough:
100 g whole wheat flour
100 g all-purpose flour
1 dl water
1/5 dl oil
Salt
Filling:
3 NATURLI’ Sausages
6 eggs
1 dl NATURLI’ Oat Cuisine
1 handful of fresh kale
Salt and pepper
Topping:
2 handfuls of kale
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all the dough ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into appropriate sizes based on your baking molds.
- Grease the molds with oil and press the dough into them.
- Whisk the eggs and NATURLI’ Oat Cuisine together, and add the fresh kale.
- Pour the egg mixture into the molds, cut the NATURLI’ sausages into small pieces, and place them on top.
- Bake the pies in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
- Fry the remaining kale in a very hot pan with a little oil.
- Finally, add a bit of balsamic vinegar and salt to the grilled kale.
- When the pies are done, garnish with the grilled kale on top.
