INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS
5 onions
750 g mushrooms
750 g raw potatoes
250 g oats
1.25 dl olive oil
2.5 dl NATURLI’ Organic Mince
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fry the mushrooms until golden. Add the onions and sauté them.
- In another pan, fry the NATURLI’ Organic Mince.
- Grate the potatoes.
- Blend all the ingredients together.
- If you want some texture in the pâté, save a few mushrooms and add them to the mixture before baking.
- Blind-bake the pâté for 40 minutes at 200°C (convection).
