Vegansk pate

INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS

5 onions
750 g mushrooms
750 g raw potatoes
250 g oats
1.25 dl olive oil
2.5 dl NATURLI’ Organic Mince

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fry the mushrooms until golden. Add the onions and sauté them.
  2. In another pan, fry the NATURLI’ Organic Mince.
  3. Grate the potatoes.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together.
  5. If you want some texture in the pâté, save a few mushrooms and add them to the mixture before baking.
  6. Blind-bake the pâté for 40 minutes at 200°C (convection).
