5 dl cooked Beauvais Black Chickpeas
2 tbsp concentrated tomato paste
2 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
120 g wheat gluten
3 dl fried NATURLI’ Organic Mince
INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients except the wheat gluten and NATURLI’ Organic Mince.

Once the mixture is smooth, add the wheat gluten. Then fold in the fried NATURLI’ Organic Mince.

Roll the mixture tightly in aluminium foil into two sausages and steam them for 90 minutes, or until they are firm.
