INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS
20 NATURLI’ Organic Falafel
10 Carrot Tortilla Wraps
200 g finely chopped pointed cabbage
100 g freshly chopped spinach
150 g pickled red onions
1 clove of garlic
3 dl NATURLI’ Vegan Mayo
Fresh coriander
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Warm the NATURLI’ Organic Falafel and the tortillas in the oven.
- Finely slice the pointed cabbage and chop the spinach.
- Make a dressing by mixing NATURLI’ Vegan Mayo, freshly chopped coriander, salt, pepper, and a clove of pressed garlic.
- First, distribute the greens, then add the falafel, followed by Beauvais Appetizer Cucumbers, and finally the dressing.
- Roll the tortilla and cut it in half.
Tip: If you do not have pointed cabbage and spinach, you can use other vegetables or leftovers you have on hand.
