INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS
30 NATURLI’ Organic Falafel
3 dl NATURLI’ Vegan Mayo
10 small orange peppers
500 g couscous
5 handfuls of spinach
1 large bunch of parsley
Grated lemon zest + juice for dressing
300 g pickled red onions
Olive oil
Salt and lemon pepper
A sprinkle of black sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Warm the NATURLI’ Organic Falafel in the oven.
- Finely slice the orange peppers and sauté them until they are soft.
- Prepare the couscous and mix in some olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Make a dressing by mixing NATURLI’ Vegan Mayo with lemon juice, lemon pepper, and salt.
- Finely chop the parsley and spinach, then mix them with the couscous.
- Arrange all ingredients in a small bowl.
