INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS
200 g NATURLI’ Organic Mince
5 NATURLI’ Sausages
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 can of Beauvais Organic Red Kidney Beans
1 large clove of garlic, pressed
1 onion, finely chopped
1 large tbsp tomato paste
1 dl vegetable broth
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Salt and pepper
A bit of grated aged cheddar cheese
Bähncke Pickle Relish
Pea shoots for garnish
10 mini croissants
INSTRUCTIONS
- Sauté the onion and garlic in a pot. Add NATURLI’ Organic Mince and all the spices. Fry for a few minutes. Then, add all the remaining ingredients and let it simmer.
- Fry the NATURLI’ sausages in a pan at low heat, and warm the croissants in the oven.
- Cut the croissants halfway through. Slice the NATURLI’ sausages lengthwise, then cut them in half. Place the sliced sausages inside the croissants and top with chili, Bähncke Pickle Relish, cheddar cheese, and pea shoots.
Tip: For a vegan version, replace the croissants with vegan croissants and the cheddar cheese with vegan cheese.
