INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS

400 g NATURLI’ Organic Mince
10 Beets
5 slices of Beauvais Pickled Beets
1/2 dl Beet Brine from Beauvais Pickled Beets
Sage, Onion Tops, and Thyme
Cinnamon
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Bake the beets with the skin on for 1.5 hours at 180°C. Peel them and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Glaze them in a pan with the beet brine.
  2. Dice the pickled beets and mix them with the baked beets.
  3. Sauté the mince in a pan and toss it with herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. First, plate the beets, then the mince with herbs, and finally garnish with a few fresh herbs.
