INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS

400 g NATURLI’ Moldable Mince
5 Leeks
5 dl Rapeseed Oil
750 g Fresh Spinach
2 Shallots
1 Box of Garden Cress
2 dl NATURLI’ Vegan Mayo
1 tsp Sugar
Salt and Pepper

 

Instructions

  1. Mince Filling: Coarsely chop the shallots. Chop 250 g of spinach. Sauté the mince together with the chopped shallots. Blend the sautéed mince and chopped spinach until smooth.
  2. Green Oil: Cut off the tops of the leeks and blend them with 500 g of spinach. Add 5 dl of rapeseed oil and blend for approximately 7 minutes. Strain the mixture through a cloth.
  3. Leek Mayo: Mix NATURLI’ Vegan Mayo with 1 dl of the green oil.
  4. Stuffed Leeks: Cut the white parts of the leeks into pieces of approximately 10 cm and blanch them in salted water. Then place them in ice water. Separate the layers and fill them with the mince mixture. Finely slice the remaining white part of the leeks and cure them lightly with salt.
