FALAFEL MASALA WITH CAULIFLOWER RICE

INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS

20 NATURLI’ Organic Falafel
5 cloves of garlic
5 tbsp olive oil
Plenty of freshly grated ginger
5 tbsp tomato paste
2.5 tsp cumin
2.5 tsp coriander
1.5 tsp turmeric
2.5 tbsp garam masala
A little water to mix the paste
5 dl NATURLI’ Oat Cuisine
2.5 dl water for the pan later
Lime for garnish

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Warm the NATURLI’ Organic Falafel in the oven.
  2. Blend garlic, ginger, oil, tomato paste, and spices in a food processor or mini chopper. Add a splash of water to create a smooth paste.
  3. Fry the spice paste in a pan, stirring for a couple of minutes. Gradually add water and let it simmer a bit. Then add the NATURLI’ Oat Cuisine, stir well, and let it simmer again. Season with salt and pepper, and finally, toss in the falafels.
  4. Serve with cauliflower rice.
