Grilled green bell peppers
Baked carrots with cumin

HOW TO PREPARE

Bake the carrots for 40 minutes at 160°C with plenty of olive oil and cumin. Grill the green bell peppers and drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Cook the pork tenderloin. Warm the carrot rolls. Assemble the sandwich with all the ingredients and a generous amount of Bähncke Curry Mango Dressing.
