INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS
150 g NATURLI’ Chick Free
10 large mushrooms
10 tbsp NATURLI’ Vegan Mayo
5 tsp Bähncke Taffel Mustard
3 Beauvais Pickles
Diced
Salt and lemon pepper
Wood sorrel
INSTRUCTIONS
- Finely chop the mushrooms. Sauté them with NATURLI’ Chick Free in a pan with salt and pepper, and let it cool.
- Mix NATURLI’ Vegan Mayo, Bähncke Taffel Mustard, and the diced pickles. Season with lemon pepper.
- Mix everything together.
- Serve in small bowls with bread on the side, or on half a slice of light or dark bread, and garnish with wood sorrel and optionally pickled beech mushrooms.
