INGREDIENTS FOR 10 SERVINGS
400 g NATURLI’ Pulled
Bähncke Chinese Sweet and Sour Sauce
200 g seaweed salad
2 finely sliced carrots and a small Pak Choi
Fresh coriander
1 lemon, zest + juice
3 dl NATURLI’ Vegan Mayo
10 sliders
INSTRUCTIONS
- Marinate NATURLI’ Pulled in Bähncke Chinese Sweet and Sour Sauce.
- Finely slice the vegetables.
- Mix a dressing with NATURLI’ Vegan Mayo, fresh coriander, a little lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the dressing on both sides of the burger buns.

Tip: If you do not have carrots and Pak Choi, use any leftover vegetables you have on hand.
